Rennie Designs Return Policy
At Rennie Designs, I am dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. As a small business, your support and satisfaction mean the world to me. If you need to return an item, please review my policy below:
Return Eligibility
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale or clearance
Return Process
- Initiate a Return: To start a return, please contact me at amy.renniedesigns@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item(s) back.
- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Inspection: Once I receive your return, I will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Method: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Exchanges
I can only replace items if they are defective or received in damaged condition. If you need to exchange an item for the same item and that item is available, contact me at amy.renniedesigns@gmail.com with your order details and the issue. Please keep in mind that most of the items on this site are handmade and one of a kind, so they may be difficult to replace.
Shipping Issues
If you receive a damaged item or your order is incorrect, please contact us immediately at amy.renniedesigns@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.
