Shipping Policy for Rennie Designs

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Rennie Designs. The following terms and conditions constitute my Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typical delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

3. Shipping Locations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship to addresses within the United States.
  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship outside the United States.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

  • Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
  • Tracking: The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Shipping Carriers

I use the following carriers to deliver my orders:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. boxes using USPS only.
  • Military Addresses: We ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses using USPS.

7. Delivery Issues

  • Delays: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier delays.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: Rennie Designs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or me directly to file a claim.
  • Incorrect Address: Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address. Rennie Designs is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
